  • Hey. Hey, welcome back to the show. Today's episode is a special kind of episode because I'm gonna be pulling back the curtain on everything you need to know about Confident Copy as we head into our January enrollment. Now, I've been sharing in the weeks leading up to now that

    twice every year we reopen the doors to Confident copy at an exclusive discount, and with a bunch of extra bonuses, and the next one is coming this week. So you're hearing this episode right now, January 29th. So if you're tuning in in real time, we are looking at Wednesday of this week, January 21st, and doors closing next week, January 29th.

    My goal with this episode is to help you understand what confident copy is and a little bit more about why I created it in the context of it. Who it's designed for and who it's not for. Now before we go any further, there's one important thing that I wanna name upfront and that is that this January enrollment is the last opportunity to join Confident Copy with live support until August.

    The program itself isn't going anywhere. You're absolutely going to be able to enroll between now and then. It'll be available in a wonderful self-paced format after this window closes. But if weekly live calls, real time feedback, going through this process alongside other clinicians is something you want, then

    this is going to be the round for that. So here's how the timing works. Doors to Confident Copy are going to open January 21st, following our free clear website, full caseload workshop, and then they will close January 29th at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Okay, so the 21st through the 29th.

    Everyone who enrolls during this round will start together with a live kickoff call on February 2nd. So you have a week or so to get settled and really start diving into the curriculum because you do get immediate access to everything as soon as you enroll. Then we move into our weekly coaching calls for the following 16 weeks, every Thursday at 11:00 AM Eastern.

    Confident Copy will turn five in 2026, so almost five years of running this program. But I can still remember exactly why I created it way back in 2021. At that time, I had been writing website copy for clinicians for multiple years, and my clients were getting incredible results from what we were developing.

    They were attracting RightFit clients. They were raising their fees. They were really seeing traction from how powerful their words had become in their marketing. But one thing sort of kept nagging at me, and that was that if I could teach therapists how to create their own strategic client attracting copy, instead of only delivering it for them, then they wouldn't just be walking away with a great website.

    Now, in this season of their career, they'd be walking away with a skill they could use again and again and again. Every time they evolved, when their niche pivoted, when they decided to scale to a group practice, they would have a process and a framework they could come back to. They would add a tool to their toolbox.

    This was my vision from the very beginning when I decided to build Confident Copy to give clinicians a repeatable strategy, a proven framework, the mindset even behind effective copy, so that they could market themselves confidently over the long term of their career, right? The people that join Confident Copy and get the most out of it are the people who are in it for the long haul and want to do it right.

    Not just for the first launch or the first iteration of their website because there will be many now, when I created Confident Copy in 2021, the private practice landscape was already very much shifting, so we were still technically in pandemic times, but starting to emerge from that and seeing some patterns change.

    And clinicians knew at this time that they needed a niche. They heard that. But there weren't many resources showing them how to actually figure out what that was, let alone translate that into a website and marketing that felt like them, and that did them justice.

    So instead, what I was seeing were a lot of cookie cutter websites, a lot of vague clinical, quite frankly, boring language and just a lot of talented therapists that were underselling themselves unintentionally. But absolutely. Now, fast forward to today. Here we are in 2026 and the market has changed even more.

    We've been talking about that a ton in recent episodes. You heard last week's episode all about predictions for 2026. Things are different now. Clients are doing more shopping around than they ever have. They're not driven by the urgency of the desperate need. The pandemic exposed for us.

    They are comparing multiple therapists. They are getting pickier and pickier. You are not the only therapist that they're thinking about. They are coming to expect specificity and a level of polish and humanness in every area of their lives including therapy. Their standards are higher, whether they know it or not.

    Their standards have been raised. And while networking is absolutely still one of the most effective ways to get clients, it is the most effective fuel for your client conversion engine based on our state of the industry survey. It only works if you can clearly talk about what you do, if you can be memorable and if you can be sending people somewhere that actually does some heavy lifting for you.

    That brings people from knowing about you to realizing you're the therapist they've been looking for. And that's right where Confident Copy sits in the process. Now Confident Copy is called Confident Copy. It's a copy program, the words you write matter, but it's also a niching program, a positioning program, a way to finally feel confident putting your work into words, understanding the value that you yourself bring to your clients, especially when they're the right fit, whether that's on your website, in your site today, profile in a real life conversation.

    One of my favorite things to hear from our Confident Copy alumni. Is that every area of their marketing feels better, that they have a level of confidence they didn't expect. And I didn't name Confident copy unintentionally. Because one of the best byproducts of this program is not just copy.

    It's confidence. It's confidence in what you do, it's confidence in who you're speaking to. It's confidence in what you do next as you build your client conversion engine, and then begin to fuel it over the life of your practice. If I had to sum it up in one sentence, confident Copy helps you put words to the work you do best and then create marketing that matches the quality of your work with clients so you can book more of the right ones.

    That is the heart and intention behind Confident Copy and the framework that we teach. Now when I picture the perfect Fit, confident Copy student, like I said, this program is the right fit for some and not for others. That's okay. I notice a certain energy they bring. Especially right now, the best fit people for Confident Copy right now are hungry for growth.

    They've got grit. They've got commitment to the practice that they're building, and quite frankly, they're willing to get a little bit uncomfortable if it means building the practice, they actually want. They recognize that getting where they want to go is not going to come without effort and learning.

    And as I say, flexing new muscles. They also believe in themselves, right? They don't come into confident copy as the thing that's gonna save them, but instead is a really powerful lever they can pull. That's language. A confident copy alumni actually used with me was I know what levers I can pull now.

    They see it as a tool in their toolbox and something they can actively use and implement over the life of their practice. When support is available, they take advantage of it. They ask questions, they show up, and even if they're more of an observer, not everyone needs to be raising their hand on every coaching call if you're joining the supported version, but they're engaging in a way that works for them.

    Now, of course, they also understand that marketing right now matters. It matters more than it ever has, and it matters differently than it ever has. It's not just this one time hurdle to get over, build, website, check, move on, but it's something they're going to be investing in over the life of their career.

    And they want a system that they can confidently build upon. They know they do great work in the therapy room, and they value having marketing that reflects that quality. Now some confident copy students come in already established, wanting more of the clients they love working with, wanting to get deeper into their niche or further refine things.

    Others are newer to private practice, some of them brand new and want to build a strong foundation from the start. So it's not really about where you are in the journey, but instead the attitude you have about your marketing, whether you're just beginning. Or your way into it, you're understanding that this is a long-term play, not an overnight fix, but when you have the right system in place, when you have the right strategies, when you know what you're doing, things get easier and the results get better.

    Now, on the flip side, confident copy is not the right fit. If first and foremost enrolling would put you under significant financial strain or add unnecessary stress to your life. Okay, there's a time and a place to push yourself a little bit and there's a time and a place not to.

    I never want someone to join Confident Copy if doing so would create more worry for them than opportunity. Please hear me on that. It is always okay to wait until the timing is better for you. It is also not a great fit if your website is already consistently converting high quality RightFit clients.

    So if when you're getting on the phone with people who contact you through your website and they're saying, I read your website, it really resonated with me, but you just need more of those folks, then you likely have more of a traffic or fuel issue. And you can jump back to some of our recent episodes where we talk about fueling your client conversion engine and some of the actions you can be taking there.

    It's unlikely to be a fundamental foundational copy problem that tells me you probably have a decently strong client conversion engine. You just need more fuel. Confident copy is also not the right fit. If you are looking for a magic switch I would love nothing more than for you to enroll in confident copy, check the boxes , and automatically the clients come flowing in.

    That's not realistic right now, especially in this market. If you want passive templates but aren't interested in doing the hard work in clarifying your niche and the value you bring, if you're here for quick hacks or shortcuts, this is not going to be your program. We go deep here in order to build something that is going to last you over the long term and serve as that foundation for your marketing.

    Now if you're here for clarity, if you're here for confidence, if you're here for a skillset you can use for the rest of your career, then confident copy's probably the right place for you. You know, when I think about the ultimate outcome I want for every Confident Copy student, it's actually really, really simple.

    Now, of course, I wanna see you fill your private pay caseload and increase your rates and get all the clients, but behind that. I hope for you a deep understanding of the work you do best,

    a level of knowing maybe you've never had before about the value of what you bring. I heard that from a Confident Copy alumni over the summer that she did not expect to go through this process and learn so much about what she actually brought to the room and grow in her confidence, not just as a marketer, quote unquote, or business owner, but as a clinician.

    You're also gonna know exactly what to do next in your marketing, so you're never left wondering, okay, Anna, I built the website. What do I do now? In late 2025, we completely revamped our marketing planning module, which is the final section of Confident Copy that equips you with what you do after you implement your copy and get your website live.

    So instead of this just being a website program, it's a website. And what's next program where we equip you to understand and begin planning for what comes next in the long term and maybe most importantly. You're gonna be able to feel confident talking about your work in consults, in networking conversations.

    Anywhere else your ideal clients might find you. How does that look in real life? Well, in the last year, confident Copy students have filled their full fee caseloads, sometimes starting from scratch, and like I said, sometimes more established in as little as six to seven months booked six or more private pay clients within weeks of launching their website.

    Shown up to consult calls with clients saying, I already know you're the therapist for me. Your website really spoke to me before the conversation even begins.     So here's how it flows. First, we start with nailing your niche. Your niche is your North Star Bar, none. In this market, it is critical. And in this market, you likely need to be more specific than you had to in the past. So we start here because if you are not clear. On who you serve, what you do best.

    Nothing we do next is actually gonna do anything meaningful for you. This module, my magnetic niche method process goes deep into clarity, into positioning, into mindset. So you're not just picking a niche out of thin air, but actually committing to one that fits your strengths and the clients you most love working with.

    So we start there and then we head into specialties In SEO. Once your niche is clear, then we need to get clear about the specialties your clients are going to be identifying with. We need to learn how to talk about those specialties in the language your clients actually use. This is critical and a huge mistake I see way too many therapists make.

    So we walk you through that process, and then we also introduce SEO in a way that's really practical and non-technical in this market. We don't have to get super technical in order to be effective when it comes to creating a foundation for your SEO. So we really encourage you to lean into your human thinking and your human language without turning into a, you know, jargon filled mess.

    'cause Google's actually honoring the more human forward content these days. After that, after we know your specialties and we're clear on your niche, then we head into your homepage. Your homepage is your first impression, and it is also the launching pad into the rest of your website. So here I'm gonna walk you through my proven formula for making sure that clients land on your site and either immediately think this is exactly who I've been looking for, or realize this ain't for me.

    If your website is doing both of those things, attracting right fit clients, and as we say, blessing and releasing the wrong ones, your website is doing its job, and I'm gonna show you how to do that from that first important page. After that, we go into the about page, and this is really where trust gets built.

    So we structure your about page, so it's about your clients just as much as it's about you. And that can be a difficult balance to strike because it's what helps people feel seen and understood and ultimately ready to reach out. So we focus on setting expectations about what it's like to work with you and really cultivating that trust where people are like, oh wow, this is someone I can see myself, you know, bearing my life story to.

    After that we get into specialty pages. These are your powerhouses and it's really where you begin to position yourself as the go-to expert in your areas of focus. So you'll create specialty pages, whether they are demographic or topical, or method that clearly communicate who you help. What you help with, why you are uniquely suited to do that work with the right fit client.

    Using a framework you can reuse any time Confident Copy students regularly come back to this module to add to their website as they grow in their expertise or add on additional specialties. It's something that truly stands the test of time and offers you a couple different options based on what you're writing.

    At that point. We've completed the bulk of the program, so most of the website writing, but two more things remain the next one. Success on Psych Today. So this is where we take all the hard work you put into writing your website and boil it down and adapt it for the Psych Today platform.

    Your directory profile is one of your most valuable marketing assets, especially right now. When not only are clients continuing to use psych today, the data shows us that, but AI is also referencing Psychology today. And so this is your chance to be specific and to be client friendly. So we're gonna help you write a Psych Today Profile plus that video script.

    Yes, that dreaded video script to stand out, to build trust quickly, and to send the right people straight to your website because we can. Be almost 100% positive. That's where they're gonna go next. So we create a relationship between this really targeted psych today profile and the website you've written so that these feel cohesive and therefore reinforce trust.

    And then finally that mapping your marketing module, the one that I mentioned we revamped in late 2025. This final module is where you zoom out a bit and start making some smart, sustainable decisions about your marketing moving forward. So in this module, we break down all of the most common marketing strategies for therapists, and we break them down into what we call tier one and tier two options.

    So tier one is if you wanna dip your toe and sort of try something out. And then tier two is if you really wanna commit to that strategy, this allows you to choose what actually fits your time, your energy, your budget, the needs of your client, instead of trying to do absolutely everything at once.

    Like I said, the goal of this module is that after you launch that incredible new website and that Psych Today profile, that you're not left wondering. What the heck is next? But this helps you map that out and understand what are the non-negotiables and what are the things I get to decide based on, again, my time, my energy, my budget, the needs of my clients.

    We help you create that plan so you can move forward and start fueling that client conversion engine that you've built. Now this curriculum that I've just outlined is what drives the results inside of Confident Copy. If you can do this and do this well, we see the results follow, like I mentioned during this round.

    Live support is layered on top of that. So the weekly coaching calls are bimonthly copy clinics, real time feedback to help you really implement these faster with more confidence, get questions answered. Keep moving. And my hope is that by the end of the program, you're not just gonna have polished strategic copy, but you'll have a plan for how to put it to work in your marketing right away.

    So that's a bit about the curriculum. I also wanna walk you through the two options you'll see when you join. So we have Confident Copy and then Confident Copy Plus both are built on the same core framework and curriculum. Absolutely everything I just outlined for you. But the difference is how much hands-on support and execution you want layered on top of that.

    So Confident Copy is the standard version of the program. This is where you're gonna write your own copy, in this case, with our support along the way, and that includes our weekly live coaching calls, which are every Thursday at 11:00 AM Eastern. You get guidance, you raise your hand and ask questions, get feedback on copy, and see feedback given to other clinicians.

    We also have our closed Facebook group where you have a guaranteed one business day response from myself or my team when you post questions and things like that. And then we have monthly copy clinics. These are 60 minute live copy review calls where we really do deep dives into what you're writing.

    And for this round, we're adding four bonus copy clinics. So that means you'll have eight total opportunities to get additional live feedback during your 16 weeks in the program. This level of live coaching, of feedback of community access is only available during live enrollment rounds like this one.

    After January 29th, confident copy will still be available in a self-paced format, but without those live calls or group support until August. Then we have Confident Copy Plus. So Confident Copy Plus is our VIP experience and includes everything in Confident copy, plus a much more hands-on done with you experience.

    So with CC plus, you're getting a private one-on-one call with me where we set your strategy. Before you start writing, we get clear on your niche and make sure you can make use of everything included in your enrollment. Then we have four 30 minute one-on-one sessions. You can schedule these at your convenience and we can use these for coaching, for feedback, reviewing copy.

    They're literally yours to use in whatever way makes sense for you. One I had last week, for instance, with a clinician was about structuring and pricing her intensivess. Then once you're done writing your copy, you receive a complete copy review. That means that everything you've put out there, everything we've looked at together and you've refined as part of your 16 weeks is further refined and polished as a confident copy coach reviews it.

    This prepares it for design, which is the last piece of Confident Copy plus. So once that copy is complete, the WSC Studio team will design your website for you.     Confident Copy plus is 64 97 and is $800 off during this round. Both options have four and six month payment plans, so you can choose what feels most sustainable for you. And I also wanna say, as I did again, that if enrolling right now would put you under financial strain or add undue financial stress in your life, I would genuinely rather you wait.
